Swim 5 yards, submerge and retrieve three diving rings placed 5 yards apart in 4-7 feet of water, resurface and continue to swim another 5 yards to complete the skill sequence.A time for swimmers aged 50 & up, to enjoy length swimming, leisure space, 50+ swimming lessons and drop-in aquafit classes.Candidate may swim using the front crawl, breaststroke or a combination of both, but swimming on the back or side is not allowed. Participants who successfully complete the recertification course will receive Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, AED certification valid for two years.
